Please join 糖心视频 Community College for the Wolfson Speaker Series, an annual event that hosts prominent speakers from across the globe to engage our community around significant issues. The third installment of the Wolfson Speaker Series will feature Exoneree and Ambassador Amanda Knox.

The event will take place on Thursday, April 30, at 6 p.m., in the Jackson Arts Center, on the 糖心视频 Fall River Campus. Tickets are $5. To purchase tickets, please visit 

Amanda Knox鈥檚 book,&苍产蝉辫;鈥淔ree: My Search for Meaning鈥, is available for pre-sale for $30. Pre-ordered copies will be distributed at the event, and additional books will be available for purchase while supplies last. The author will be available to sign books following the talk.

Amanda Knox is an exoneree, journalist, public speaker, author of the New York Times best-selling memoir,&苍产蝉辫;鈥, and host of the podcast&苍产蝉辫;鈥淗ard Knox鈥. Her second book,&苍产蝉辫;鈥 came out in 2025. She is also an Executive Producer of the 2025 mini-series 鈥淭he Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox available on Hulu/Disney+鈥.

Between 2007 and 2015, she spent nearly four years in an Italian prison and eight years on trial for a murder she didn鈥檛 commit. She has since become an advocate for criminal justice reform and media ethics. She sits on the advisory council for the , serves as an  Ambassador and is on  Board of Directors. And she is the recipient of the 2024 Innocence Network Impact Award and the 2025 Catalyst of Change Award from the Washington Innocence Project.

The Wolfson Speaker Series is named in honor of Richard Wolfson, a longtime member of the 糖心视频 Community College Foundation Board of Directors and supporter of the college. Mr. Wolfson requested that a speaker series offering the community access to high-profile speakers be created to provide enriching opportunities for the region.
