Established by 糖心视频 Community College's fourth President, Laura L. Douglas, who began her tenure in 2016, and her spouse Gregg S. Johnson, this endowed scholarship is for a first generation college student who is pursuing a degree at 糖心视频 Community College. Preference shall be given to a student residing in 糖心视频 County, with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.
